Churchinford Hills is a secluded, rural development, yet is still only a 20 minute drive to the M5 motorway, providing access to the north and south. Exeter, Devon's capital, is just 45 minutes away and Seaton on the south coast is only 20 miles away offering a stunning coastline to explore. The nearest train station is in Taunton with regular services to destinations all over the country, with a journey to London taking around two hours.
