Home buyers over 55 welcomed to part exchange in Baston
Over 55s looking for a new home are being welcomed to Baston with a special weekend dedicated to providing information on how to part exchange their current home for a new one.
Larkfleet Homes is hosting an open event over Friday 13 and Saturday 14 September at The Croft in Baston, with the aim of helping visitors learn how easy it is to buy a new house with part exchange or ‘assisted sale’. The event will run from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on both days, and attendees will be able to view the show home to find out what they can expect from a Larkfleet property.
As well as allowing buyers the opportunity to find out more about living in Baston, visitors will also have the chance to speak to experts about the part exchange process or ‘assisted sale’ where Larkfleet helps with the sale of an existing home. An independent financial advisor and a lawyer will be available on the day to answer any questions about mortgages and finances.
Those who register at the event will receive a valuation on their existing property within 48 hours and, subject to satisfactory checks, will be given an offer to exchange their old home for a new one. Larkfleet is also offering assistance towards removal fees and will cover any estate agent fees on the sale of a current home.
The Croft offers ideal living for those aged over 55 looking to downsize or move to a new location. A selection of one- and two-bedroom homes in a variety of styles are available, with the site offering a small community feel. Each of the homes on the site has been designed to require minimal maintenance, meaning residents can relax and enjoy life in their new house.
